On February 28, 2008, HRCS held its first Induction Ceremony for the newly-formed Holy Redeemer Catholic School Chapter of the National Junior Honor Society. The NJHS at Holy Redeemer is part of a national organization established in 1929 to honor distinguished middle school students who excel in Scholarship, Leadership, Service, Citizenship and Character.
The group meets weekly on Wednesdays during lunchtime to discuss service projects.
