How to Apply

We are delighted you are interested in Holy Redeemer Catholic School. Admissions is based on the school's ability to meet the needs of the student applicants, the student applicant's family, and the applicant's potential to benefit from the school's philosophy and academic programming. We look forward to getting to know your family and working with you through the application process. 

Steps of Application Process

Step 1: Evaluate Catholic Education

We realize Catholic education is an investment for families, and the choices families make may impact other financial decisions. We understand it is a commitment for your entire family. We recommend that families seek God's direction to determine if Holy Redeemer should be their child's educational partner. We have already been praying for our school community and any new families that will join us.

Step 2: Collect Documents to Complete Online Application

The following documents are required to complete an application for consideration:
Birth Certificate 
Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
Parish Verification Form 
Student Evaluation Form completed by Teacher 
Grades 1-7 - School Transcripts (Report Cards and Standardized Testing)
Non-Refundable Application Fee is $185 
Applications received after the annual April notification date are processed based on space availability.

Step 3: Create Account and Submit Online Application

  1. Create an Account.   

    Save the user ID and password you created. 

    Note: If you currently have an account from a prior application, click “Create an Account” and at the top right of the page, select “Application” to log in.  You do not need to create a new user ID and password per new application/student.

  2. Receive email notification. You will receive an email notification that contains a verification link allowing you to log into your account.
  3. Create and complete the application. Log in and create a new student application
  4. Submit application. Upon completion of the application form, required forms, and all referral documents (see list below), a “Submit Application and Make Payment” prompt will appear. Please complete this step to submit the application along with a non-refundable $185 application fee.
     
Step 4: Pre-Admission Screening

Once a completed application is received by the Enrollment Office, you will be contacted to schedule pre-admission screening.  PreK-4 and Kindergarten applicants are assessed for readiness and developmentally appropriate skills that assist in predicting success in our program (30 minutes).  Applicants for all grade levels will be screened for academic benchmarks.

 

Step 5: Decision Notification Date

During the regular admissions season, decision letters are emailed on Friday/Saturday, April 3 & 4, 2026.

Step 6: Family Acceptance Reply

The applicant's offer for enrollment is sent in an email notifying the family of the applicant's offer for enrollment. To accept and secure the space, families will be asked to complete an online enrollment package, which includes cost and payment plan options. A $500 non-refundable deposit will also be collected at this time. If your family has applied for tuition assistance (financial aid) the award notification will be attached to your offer for enrollment.

Application Documents

For your convenience, all required application documents are linked below. Please print the required forms and take them to your parish, current school registrar, and your child's physician's office(s). All completed documents must be uploaded to the application portal or emailed to the Enrollment Office pbattaglia@hrcatholicschool.org 

The appropriate student recommendation form will be sent through the portal to your child's current teacher when you enter his/her email address in the application. 

 The release of records form must be printed and brought to your child's current school office. This form will allow your current school to send records directly to Holy Redeemer. We understand a PreK-4 or kindergarten applicant may only have a progress report.
