Today, many businesses have matching gift programs that will double or even triple an employee's contribution. Some companies match the gifts of spouses and retirees as well, greatly increasing the impact of a donation. Check with your company's Human Resources/Benefits Department to see if your donations can be matched.
All Georgia taxpayers are eligible to receive a 100% state income credit in exchange for their contributions to Georgia GOAL. The funds raised through Georgia GOAL are used to provide tuition assistance for exceptional students desiring to attend Holy Redeemer Catholic School. To secure your 2026 GOAL tax credit, you must submit your application by December 2025. Apply today by visiting www.goalscholarship.org.
Each year, Holy Redeemer participates in iGive Catholic on GivingTuesday. Nationwide, the Catholic community comes together to “GIVE BACK AND GIVE CATHOLIC." Each year, Holy Redeemer selects a specific initiative to highlight for iGive Catholic. The generosity of our donors for the 2024 iGive Catholic initiative allowed us to add a chapel to our school.
Throughout the year, Holy Redeemer hosts several fundraising events, including the Annual Gala, 50/50 Raffle, and Trunk or Treat. These events allow our community to come together in fellowship while also financially supporting the school. Please look for information in our family newsletter and on our school's social media pages.
Gifts of securities, stock, or bonds benefit the donor and the school. This type of gift is tax-deductible, and the donor may avoid paying capital gains tax on the appreciated stock or security. Contact the advancement office prior to selling your stock for more details.

An endowment fund was established with an initial gift from Joseph Mitchell. This fund is in trust for Holy Redeemer through the Catholic Foundation of North Georgia.
