Welcome to Holy Redeemer Catholic School in Johns Creek, GA
The first step in the Online Application process is to Create an Account. An email notification will be sent that contains a verification link allowing you to log into your account to create a new Student Application. Upon completion of the application form, a Submit Application and Make Payment prompt will appear. Please complete this step to submit the application along with a non-refundable $185 application fee.
You will receive updates throughout the process to help you complete the application. A green check will appear next to all required information and forms once completed.
Application Forms and Documents
The following must be submitted before a decision can be made:
Records Release Form (submitted to current school by parent)
School Recommendation K-1 or 2-5 or 6-8 Form (submitted to current school by parent)
Parish Verification Form (required of Catholic applicants only - submitted to parish by parent)
Birth Certificate (copy)
Baptismal Certificate (copy - Catholic applicants only)
GA Health Certificate 3231 (all required immunizations must be up-to-date)
GA Health Certificate 3300 (hearing, vision and dental)
(All forms to be submitted are found within the application; and all certificates can be uploaded as part of the application once you set up an account to start the process.)
Upon submission of a completed application and application fee, you will be contacted to schedule a screening date (starting in February 2021).
