We are excited to announce that our application for the 2025-2026 school year opens Friday, November 1. This application is for our newly announced PreK-4 class through grade 8.
Process and Key Dates for 2025–2026 Admissions
Step 1: Complete the Application
The following documents are required to complete an application for consideration:
Birth Certificate
Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
Parish Verification Form
Student Evaluation Form completed by Teacher
Grades 1-7 - School Transcripts (Report Cards and Standardized Testing)
Non-Refundable Application Fee is $185
Applications received after the annual April notification date are processed based on space availability.
1st Round Applications Due: January 24, 2026
Step 2: Pre-Admission Screening (regular admissions season)
Once a completed application is received by the Enrollment Office, you will be contacted to schedule pre-admission screening. PreK-4 and Kindergarten applicants are assessed for readiness and developmentally appropriate skills that assist in predicting success in our program (30 minutes). Applicants for all grade levels will be screened for academic benchmarks.
Step 3: Decision Notification Date
During the regular admissions season, decision letters are emailed Saturday, April 5, 2025
Step 4: Candidate Acceptance Reply Date
Candidate Acceptance reply date is sent with the email notifying an applicant of enrollment. To secure the space, families will be asked to submit a $500 non-refundable deposit.
All applications are submitted and processed on-line.
Online Application Process
Step One: Create an Account. Save the userid and password you create.
Note: If you currently have an account from a prior application, click Create an Account and at the top right of the page, select Application to login. You do not need to create a new userid and password per new application/student.
Step Two: Email Notification. You will receive an email notification that contains a verification link allowing you to log into your account.
Step Three: Apply. Log in and create a new Student Application.
Step Four: Submit. Upon completion of the application form, required forms and all referral documents (see list below), a Submit Application and Make Payment prompt will appear. Please complete this step to submit the application along with a non-refundable $185 application fee.
Step Five: Schedule screening appointment. Upon submission of a completed application and application fee, you will be contacted by the Enrollment Office to schedule and in person screening. Screenings are required for admissions consideration.
Please note: Once your fee is processed, you will receive updates throughout the application process. Please check back frequently. A green check will appear next to all required information and forms once received and completed.
Required Forms and Required Referral Documents
Required Forms: the following 2 forms should be printed out by the parent and delivered to the current school (Records Release Form) and parish (Parish Verification Form). They are completed by the current school and parish and returned directly to Holy Redeemer.
- Records Release Form (Parents, please print and submit to your current school)
- Parish Verification Form (required of Catholic applicants only - submitted to parish by parent)
Required Referral Documents: the following 4 documents should be scanned by the parent, saved to a PDF and attached to the application when prompted:
- Birth Certificate (copy)
- Baptismal Certificate (copy - Catholic applicants only)
- GA Health Certificate 3231 (all required immunizations must be up-to-date)
- GA Health Certificate 3300 (hearing, vision and dental)
School Recommendation PreK-4,K-1 or 2-5 or 6-8 Form: Parents, please enter your child's current teacher's name and email address when prompted in the application. The system will send an email to the address you provided with a link to the recommendation. When the educator completes this, it comes back directly to HR.
