Gala FAQs:

This fun, adult-only evening is Holy Redeemer's premier fundraising event and will be held on February 22, 2025 at Ivy Hall in Roswell. This night of music, dancing, food and fun includes a silent auction, live auction, and 50/50 Raffle. Proceeds from the Gala directly support our operating budget and our Financial Aid Fund.

We have made some fun changes to the Gala this year! Here are some of the changes:

  • New venue - We are excited to be at Ivy Hall, which is located at the Mill in Roswell.
  • New format/timeline - We are starting earlier this year at 6:30 and ending at 10:30. The cocktail hour will be held downstairs and you will be able to view the silent auction items. After cocktail hour, we will move upstairs for dinner and more!
  • New emcee/auctioneer - Holy Redeemer's own Dom Pecot will be serving as our Master of Ceremony and emcee for our event!
  • New DJ - Our DJ for the event is highly recommended, DJ Dre.  He will be playing a variety of music and will also have a photo booth.
  • Attire - Based on our theme this year, Denim and Diamonds, we will be in casual elevated attire. 

The evening will begin downstairs at 6:30 pm with cocktails, appetizers, the wine wall, and the silent auction. At 7:15 pm we will go upstairs for dinner, dancing, a live auction, and the 50/50 Raffle. 

Early Bird Ticket Sales: November 11, 2024 - December 31, 2024, $130 per ticket.

Regular Ticket Pricing: January 1, 2025 - February 22, 2025 (or until sold-out), $145 per ticket.

 

Included with your ticket are two cocktail tickets. Additional alcoholic beverages can be purchased. Cash only.

Casual elevated attire - Yes, that includes dressy jeans!

There will be dinner seating for all guests. You will be able to choose your seat when we move upstairs for dinner. 

Our silent auction features many incredible experiences and items donated by Holy Redeemer families and our local business community. There are items at a range of price levels. Some special items include baskets put together by each grade area, unique experiences with our Holy Redeemer teachers and your student's classmates and one-of-a-kind experiences like Principal for a Day. If you win a physical item, you can take your winnings home at the end of the evening.
